These Terms govern your use of the Chardevon website and the browser-based games available through it. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1) Agreement and eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service. If you are under the age required by your country’s laws to consent to online services, you may only use Chardevon under the supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

2) Access to the service

Chardevon is provided “as available.” We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or the entire service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, particular device compatibility, or that any game or feature will remain available.

3) Accounts and security

Creating an account is optional. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4) Virtual items and progress

Some games may include cosmetic items, in-game currency, badges, or other rewards. These have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, and may be modified, limited, or removed at our discretion. We do not offer cash refunds for virtual items or progress.

5) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Interfere with or disrupt the service or other players;
Attempt to bypass security or access non-public areas;
Upload malware, cheats, or bots;
Harass, threaten, or impersonate others;
Use the service in violation of applicable laws.

We may remove content or restrict access where we reasonably believe a rule has been broken.

6) Intellectual property and third-party content

Site code, design, text, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use while you use the service. Some games are provided by third parties and may be subject to their own terms and policies. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us with sufficient detail to identify the material and your claim.

7) Disclaimers, limitation of liability, changes, and governing law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, and the courts of Venice shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
